Refund Policy

Because digital files are delivered instantly after payment, completed downloads are generally non-refundable. If a file is inaccessible, corrupted, or materially different from its product page, contact support for a fix or refund review.

Failed payments do not create download access. Duplicate accidental purchases can be reviewed when the duplicate order has not been downloaded.

Etsy purchases are separate from Onarika.net checkout. Physical Printify items and Etsy digital listings are handled through Etsy, including Etsy order records, shipping context, and the listing-specific policy shown at purchase.

For planning, worksheet, prompt, ebook, and template products, refunds are not based on subjective results, income, rankings, grades, productivity, or business performance.
